The album artwork for The Iridescent Spree is a reflection of the title and the kaleidoscopic collection of songs it represents.
The Iridescent Spree, is the second release by genre-bending duo GRAMMY winner Kurt Elling & Charlie Hunter — working under the name Superblue — and sees the pair reunited with Corey Fonville and DJ Harrison.
The artwork was created from a series of macro images of the surfaces of bubbles (thanks to the incredible technical skills of photographer Angus McDonald), within Superblue typography, created using the font Obscura by Split.
