The design work focuses on Fira’s commitment to sustainability and their dedication to crafting landscapes to support communities and their wellbeing.

The logomark and bespoke typeface feature sympathetic, natural forms, reflecting ideas of protective canopies and nurture.

The colour palette is warm, optimistic, bold and organic, allowing Fira to shift between more formal and more playful tones of voice as their client briefs demand. It complements the natural colours in their imagery — but doesn’t copy them — instead reflecting Fira as a vibrant, forward-looking practice and distinguishing them from the sea of greens in the landscape architecture space.

Alongside the new brand identity, Fira’s new website was designed and built by Split. We hope it matches the consideration and creativity that they bring to all their work.  You can check it out here.

The original typeface was created in collaboration with typographer and designer Adam Greasley.
