Below are a few of our identity projects in a little more detail.
That Old Chestnut
That Old Chestnut bake the most incredible cakes, tiffins and flapjacks… that just so happen to be 100% vegan.
Hoping to build on their fantastic local word-of-mouth reputation, they came to us for a full rebrand, to create an image that reflected their ethos and the quality of their cakes. They wanted their brand, just like their produce, to be locally sourced, natural, ethical, honest and down to earth.
We worked with them on a new identity design, art direction, stationery and promotional print material, limited edition letterpress posters and a fully responsive website (Oh…and lots of very important ‘product research’).
Identity design for Bradcraft Joinery – specialists in high quality period and contemporary joinery, based in Saltaire.
Identity design and branding for our friends at Jackrabbitt – a community-focused extreme sports brand based in the North of England, united behind their motto ‘Passion Beyond Reason’.
The brief was to create a visual identity that increased the quality perception of the Jackrabbitt brand, and expressed their passion for using extreme sports as a way to bring people together.
Melt Yourself Down
Logotype & layout design for Melt Yourself Down’s incredible ear-splitting second album Last Evenings on Earth, featuring cover photography by Johanna Ruebel.
The type design included a logotype, with an accompanying animated version, and full typeset for use across the album and tour campaign.

Taking its name from a line in W.B. Yeats’s poem Under the Moon, Blue-Eyed Hawk combines improvisation with melodic and richly-textured original music.
The logo marque combines the eye of the hawk, their monogram and the subtle inclusion of a quill, inspired by the literary references than run throughout their compositions.
We’re lucky enough to be introduced to all sorts of fantastic records through working with musicians, but Blue-Eyed Hawk’s debut Under the Moon certainly stands out. Released on Edition Records, it’s well worth checking out here.
Blue-Eyed Hawk features Lauren Kinsella (vocals), Laura Jurd (trumpet), Alex Roth (guitar, effects) and Corrie Dick (drums).
Imagine If Theatre Company
Imagine If use theatre to provide opportunities for those socially or economically disadvantaged – allowing them to imagine and then work toward alternate futures they may never have considered open to them.
As Hannah prepared to launch her debut album, she was well on her way to national and international acclaim, supported by a legion of online fans – 65,000 on Facebook alone – and 74 million YouTube views to date.
We were asked to create a new brand identity to coincide with the launch of her EP, Rectify. The rebrand reflected an evolution in Hannah’s sound, taking inspiration from contemporary pop combined with her trademark youthful voice and sensitive lyrics.
