Little Mighty, Identity Design

They might just be a two person team, but they sure are mighty. As they lift their artists’ burdens atop their head on their little finger – a phone to each ear cross-coordinating venue delivery screw ups and box office muddles – they attract fantastic creative teams with the power of only their minds, laughing in the face of funding cuts… whilst generally being a pair of really lovely people with a passion for artistic development.

The identity design articulates their position as a small and agile creative producer, punching above their weight and providing great value to their artists, whilst never taking themselves too seriously.

We created their brand identity and stationery, and designed and developed their website.

We’ve never actually seen either of them wear their pants over their trousers.

Eiger Studios, Visual Identity

Eiger Music Studios is a multi-purpose music and arts space, comprising rehearsal rooms, recording studios and a venue.

They’re also a stalwart of the Leeds Music scene with a great reputation. Whatever we did in developing a new identity for them, it was important to us to use their original logo as a starting point. We wanted to build on their 10 years hard work in proving a home-from-home for musicians and producers in Leeds.

However, in that 10 years, the visual landscape of the city has moved on considerably, as has the scope and quality of Eiger’s work, so it was time for a change.

From a series of experiments with the previous brand’s lettering, we developed a logo marque and set of rhythmic patterns based around the letter E.

The patterns are set in bold blocks of fluorescent colour in print, and as a series of in-your-face animated announcements and banners for social media – because whatever happens at Eiger, it’s usually loud.

That Old Chestnut

That Old Chestnut bake the most incredible cakes, tiffins and flapjacks… that just so happen to be 100% vegan.
Hoping to build on their fantastic local word-of-mouth reputation, they came to us for a full rebrand, to create an image that reflected their ethos and the quality of their cakes. They wanted their brand, just like their produce, to be locally sourced, natural, ethical, honest and down to earth.
We worked with them on a new identity design, art direction, stationery and promotional print material, limited edition letterpress posters and a fully responsive website (oh… and lots of very important ‘product research’).

Jackrabbitt

Identity design and branding for our friends at Jackrabbitt – a community-focused extreme sports brand based in the North of England, united behind their motto ‘Passion Beyond Reason’.
The brief was to create a visual identity that increased the quality perception of the Jackrabbitt brand, and expressed their passion for using extreme sports as a way to bring people together.

Imagine If Theatre Company

Imagine If use theatre to provide opportunities for those socially or economically disadvantaged – allowing them to imagine and then work toward alternate futures they may never have considered open to them.
